CANCELATION AND RESERVATION POLICIES
Riviera Adventure Tours offers the most popular tours and activities in Riviera Nayarit! In order to accommodate each of our guests, all of our excursions are exclusive, reservations-only adventures. We want to ensure that you and your family have the chance to experience the are found in nature, new and different cultures, and the excitement of discovery that our tours offer. For this reason, we have the smallest tour groups - so book your tour today! Our secure credit card reservation system makes it easy.
Cancelations and Changes
In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Riviera Adventure Tours operates a strict cancelation policy:
• 48 hours or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
• 24 hours or more prior to excursion date - date changes, subject to availability
• Less than 48 hours prior to tour date, as well as no shows and late arrivals - no refunds
Changes to your reservation or cancelations can be requested via email or by calling us toll free from the US and Canada at 1-877-777-9301 or from Mexico at (322) 980-0670. All changes are subject to availability.
Important Notice for Cruise Ship Guests
Due to the restrictive and changing schedules of the cruise liners, we strongly recommend that you book your shore excursions through your cruise line agent. By booking our tours through your cruise line, we can guarantee best schedules and smooth transfers to and from our tours. Thanks for your understanding.
Charges to your Credit or Debit Card
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on “Riviera Adventure Tours’’ official site - this is typically reflected in your account within 24 hours. If the date that you choose is unavailable, Riviera Adventure Tours will offer an alternative day or time.
Prices and Exchange Rates
Prices are quoted in US dollars but charges are made in Mexican Pesos. We use the bank rate of the day so that your bank statement reflects as closely as possible the published dollar price.
Credit Card Safety
Rivieraadventuretours.com wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.
On the day of your tour, you must bring your credit card and a valid form of ID. If you prefer, send a copy of your credit card and photo ID (front and back) via email to facturacion@rivieraadventuretours.com, at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
